  We were renting our property out through another real estate agent in Crescent Head. Several issues we brought their attention to were never responded to or resolved. We moved our property to Crescent Head Real Estate.

  I cannot praise the team more highly and unlike one other reviews mention of James have to date he has been the one of the most helpful people that I have had the pleasure to deal with in any business matter and given that I have been involved in international business that is no light praise. He has gone above and beyond to assist in difficult circumstances.

  I was attempting to purchase a property that Crescent Head Real Estate were selling. The selling agent James employed a 'Dutch Auction' to drive up the price, I then decided not to go ahead with the purchase (the property was sold the next day to the other party). He then fired off multiple unprovoked verbal attacks on me despite never meeting him and only having a few short phone calls. Some examples of the comments included:

  We were selling a property and the process started out all nice and fluffy however, after the owner James decided that our phone calls and emails were not worth responding to we had to go to Point Break Realty.
